Delivery is 100% FREE on every order, to every city in Pakistan. No minimum order. No hidden charges. No surprise fees at checkout - the price you see is the price you pay.
How long will my order take?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Cash on Delivery
Pay cash to the rider when your parcel arrives. No advance payment, no card details, no bank transfer required. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we deliver - all across Pakistan.
Please keep the exact order amount ready for the rider.
Order tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched we send your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp to the number you gave at checkout. If you haven't received it within 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp at 0312 2971591 and we'll send it straight away.
Before you pay the rider
Please check that the parcel is properly sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If the packaging is torn, opened or clearly damaged, do not accept it - refuse the parcel and contact us on WhatsApp the same day. You will not be charged.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address and mobile number when ordering. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the number was unreachable, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery.
